BabyCom Warranty InformationNOTE: If you paid less than $145.00 for your BabyCom or purchased your BabyCom from an auction site such as Amazon.com, eBay, Yahoo.com, etc. your BabyCom Doppler is NOT covered under our warranty program. BabyCom Home Doppler Fetal Heartbeat Monitors come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, the product will be replaced at our discretion after the unit has been determined to be defective due to a manufacturer’s defect. This warranty does not apply if the product is modified, tampered with, misused, or subject to abnormal working conditions. Damage caused by misuse is not a material or workmanship defect and is not covered by warranty. The warranty is for the original purchaser only. If you believe you have a
defective BabyCom unit, please call us toll free 888-365-0000 x81296 or e-mail us at
customercare@babycomusa.com so that we may assist you and offer tips
and suggestions on proper use. Most issues are due to improper usage, low
battery power, not enough transmission gel, etc. We’ll help you troubleshoot. If
we determine that you may have a defective unit, we will provide you with
instructions on how to obtain a Defective Goods Return Merchandise Authorization
Number, (RMA#). The unit you have should be returned to BabyCom USA as per
the instructions we will provide. You are responsible for all shipping charges
for returning the unit and receiving the new replacement unit. BabyCom USA only warrants BabyCom purchases made to customers in the U.S. from authorized U.S. BabyCom USA Dealers. PLEASE NOTE: If you attempt to return a BabyCom without first contacting us to receive instructions and RMA#, the shipment will be refused and/or returned to you at your expense.
